If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service or provide your information for communications.
2. Description of Service
980 Spaces provides coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and related workspace services through our facilities and online platform. Our services include workspace reservations, member communications, event notifications, and facility management through connect.980spaces.com and related applications.
3. Service Access and User Information
Information Requirements
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have parental consent
- You are responsible for keeping your contact information current
- You may access certain services without creating a formal account
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities conducted using your provided information
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your information
- You must maintain the confidentiality of any access codes or credentials provided
- You are responsible for compliance with these Terms when using our services
4. Text Messaging Services and A2P Compliance
Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you:
- Expressly consent to receive workspace-related communications including booking confirmations, access codes, facility updates, community events, and promotional messages
- Understand that consent is not required for workspace membership or bookings
- Agree that message and data rates may apply
- Confirm you are the wireless account holder or authorized user
Message Frequency and Content
- Message frequency varies based on your membership level and preferences
- We may send up to 10 messages per month for promotional content (events, new services, community updates)
- Transactional messages (booking confirmations, access codes, facility alerts) are sent as needed
- Emergency or urgent facility notifications may be sent outside normal hours
- Regular messages will not be sent outside 8 AM – 9 PM in your local time zone
Opt-Out Instructions
- Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from all messaging
- Reply HELP for customer support information
- You may also opt-out by contacting us directly
- We will process opt-out requests within 5 minutes
Carrier and Device Requirements
- Compatible with major U.S. carriers (message/data rates apply)
- We are not responsible for carrier delays or failures
- Certain devices or carriers may not support all features

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
